Clark Jennings & Associates is a firm built on vision and purpose. At Clark Jennings, we know objectives don't "just happen." In 1953 our founder, Clark O. Jennings, had a vision for helping businesses and business people achieve their financial goals through real estate purchases, capital procurement and asset management. We have been able to fulfill these goals for clients through both our agricultural and commercial divisions.

We are a licensed real estate brokerage in Washington and Oregon. If you are interested in farm management services, we can also assist you with your needs.
Our real estate division, has personnel available in Yakima WA, Tri-Cities WA or Pendleton OR to help you choose the right property for your needs and will guide you towards making an informed real estate decision in our market. Our mortgage lending division offers agricultural and commercial from both the Yakima and Pasco offices. Our agricultural and commercial lending efforts are primarily directed toward income producing properties.
We have a staff of state certified appraisers who can address most types of appraisal problems and determine market values. We specialize in Agricultural properties as well as commercial and residential properties. Our clients include bank institutions, pension trust funds, life insurance companies, attorneys, accountants, and others seeking qualified professional evaluations.
